Good information is the foundation upon which a strategy is built. From polling to policy research to news coverage and personal interviews, we research and analyze all sides of every debate before we launch or engage.
3 Strategize
Strategy is the how and what we’ll do to succeed. It will define victory and include the basic assumptions, target audiences, key messages, tactics, budget, timeline and who is responsible for getting the work done.
4 Execute
This is where all the tactics come together and the work gets done. We’ll make sure we’re executing on time and on budget with constant collaboration and communication between our team and yours.
5 Refine
Public affairs is a dynamic process. Strategies and tactics must be flexible. While remaining focused on your goal, we’ll refine the plan as facts and circumstances demand.
